A Space for Wise Women maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. The following terminology applies to these Terms of Use, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the A Space for Wise Women’s Terms of Use. "Site", “Materials,” “Content,” "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to A Space for Wise Women. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the User and ourselves. By using this site, you acknowledge that the site is educational that supports women in caring for themselves and is not psychotherapy. These materials are not a substitute for psychotherapy. If working with these practices triggers feelings, thoughts, images, or body sensations that overwhelm or do not feel safe, you agree to immediately stop using the site and call your mental health provider or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Line).

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. A Space for Wise Women further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. A Space for Wise Women may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and A Space for Wise Women makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.

Payment and Refunds

You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your course, subscription, or membership, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your subscription/membership is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation in accordance with the cancellation information described in this section below.

You can cancel your subscription/membership plan at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription/membership plan.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed. In such case we will notify you by email and refund you any subscription fees that you have paid.

After purchasing a course, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not downloaded any content and if 20% or more of the course has been completed.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Missouri, a state in the United States. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
